EMT Module

ENTREPRENEUR MOTIVATIONAL TRAINING

The Entrepreneur Motivational Training Module is one of the most Important in this training. In this module I learn Leadership qualities, Entrepreneur skills, to know our abilities and all. I had this module in three day including night also it is the most successful and motivated module to fellows.

In first class we had micro lab Activity taken by Mr. Ajay. In this activity we shared our opinion about goal, past achievement, Education background, parent’s hopes, my hope, these things we discuss each other. Through this activity  my feelings shared with each other’s my co-fellows this was good activity because II didn’t share anything in my friends but on that day freely I share my past feeling it was very help to me.

After the micro lab activity we had EMT module continued By Mr. Chinna Babu

Through DAC table we can find our goal, need of to get goal, how commitment to goal, what are you willingness to sacrififice. What is the difference difference between leader and leadership, leader is who leads the group and leadership means quality of the leader.

In the vision tree I came to know what is the basic needs we need to have if anybody want to reach his goal first he must have a financial and economical background, family members support he is also have a systematic planning in his way then he will be successful person in the world. A successful person always be a role module and ha has a these qualities like direction, alignment and commitment.

“Do your job, designation will follow you, don’t follow the designation”

In our life something is given thing and some is chosen, but we give important to some, which is near to our value, some values helps to reach our goal, for that values we have to give more importance to that values. We have to rearrange our daily time schedule that is helps to reach our goal.

We have to grow our goal like tree with putting values and positive attitude for goal tree, trunk is like goal, its grows high, and stem is like milestone. We have to finish our work in time don’t hold back.

Every entrepreneur is achievement oriented people. Achievement means empower myself and control our self, entrepreneur must have patience; we can do anything and everything. Mainly we have aware about our strength and weakness.

High need for achievement we want social needs like power and affrication, high need for achievement like, like to take credit and task. Entrepreneur must have moderate and calculated skills.

Focus on single goal that is achievement thema, achievement imaginary have these contents like, need, activity, problems, solution, help, feelings, goal anticipation and achievement thema. Four stages of achievement like, extension goal, unique accomplishment, compete with self and others and long term goal. We want action/activity to reach the goal.

I have achievement motivation skill, I found out this one through test, and through self rating questioner I got which type of quality I have. Motivation, strategic planning etc.Through entrepreneurial orientation inventory got which type of entrepreneur quality, internal or external. Totally this helped to me for self evaluation.

Qualities, values, dreams, positive thinking etc, these are the factors essential for to reach our goal. We want dare to achieve something like risk taker. Take something different from others that is real challenge for entrepreneurs. We have to face challenge to reach our goal.

Entrepreneur must have this kind of valuable character like skills, attitude, and knowledge out of this one character is miss he/she are will not become a good entrepreneur In the world.

I would like tell thanks to Mr. Chinnababu because he teach very well to us I learn very much.

Thank You

Gender Module

Here I am very thankful to Neelam Madam because before this module I didn’t know what is the exact meaning of the gender and sex. It is very help to learn problems of women’s.

Gender module is helps to learn society condition and gender discrimination in the society. Gender is social constructed but sex comes natural. In begin of the module we had one activity like, boy behave like girl and girl behave like boy this type activity helps to understand difficulties of women.

Then we participated in debit, topic is women is responsible for women harassment, in this debit boys argued girls are responsible but boys argued girls are responsible. Here dress code discussed so much. Dress sense is reason for harassment but girl said boy’s attitude is reason for harassment.

Then we discussed case study, through this case study we came to know meaning of symptoms and root cause Root cause means basic reason for problem and symptoms means one problems creates other problems here other problems are symptoms.

Women’s faces so many problems but reason is male, because male dominate society. We have to give opportunity to women, we have to maintain equality in society, its helps to remove discrimination.

And I got information about

v Gender Equality- It is the concept that all human beings, both men and women are free to develop their personal abilities.

v Gigolos. Gigolos are means, who are involving in sex for money. Here male is gigolos. Male sex workers are called gigolos.

v Sex worker facilities-I got some information about two organizations working on sex workers, that are “BIRD” and “Boruka charity trust”. BIRD concentrate about empower female sex workers, and it gave education to their children. Doruka charity trust also gives the education to sex workers children.

v Domestic violence; it means here harassment happens within the family.

v Lesbians: its means have sex with same gender means female sex with female.

v Dowry death- “Vimochana” and “Seva” organizations working on dowry cases. It’s one of the social problems.

We discussed more what solution for women harassment is, some says like, equality, we have to change mentality of women like dependent life, let them to take decision, education, and opportunities for women’s.

Micro Finance

Learning’s of the Microfinance

Introduction;

Microfinance is the private organization it is giving small loan to people who come under the below poverty line. It is also provision of financial services to low-income clients or solidarity lending groups including consumers and the self-employed, who traditionally lack access to banking and related services. Microfinance is difference between to nationalized bank and as well as any other bank .It have own objectives on basis of that objective they worked in the particular place.

History;

Microfinance first it is started in Bangladesh in 1976. In that time Bangladesh had so many problem once Mr. Mohammad Yunus took the one study. It is related to empowerment of these people and on those people are didn’t do anything because they on that time don’t having that much of money. In Bangladesh some people are interested in the Handicraft but they have lack of money. He saw this situation and he might think why I am establishing the Grameena bank for these people and he establish the Grameena Bank in Bangladesh this is the first Grameena Bank in the word in 1976. The Grameena bank  provide the loan to those people meance who are they doing the handicraft work they have to take the loan and make some things like pots, boskets, animal husbandry  and sale the products and repay the amount to Bank. This is the main concept of the Grameena Bank.

Meaning;

Microfinance the word having two words one micro and another one is finance micro meance small and finance meance money both the called small number of the money.

Learning’s

Today I had microfinance class I learned something in this class that is the person who establishing the NGO or Microfinance he should register under the Society’s registration act , Trust’s registration act, sec 25 company act he have register under these act. We also first make the one committee it should 7 to 9 members, who are establishing the organization he can contribute some amount on their implement and the remaining amount take from some bank also. They giving to loan who are come under the below poverty line who wants and who doing the traditiona1 work and income generating work they give to them and also SHG people are also take the loan and they returns in daily or weekly. Poor people borrow from informal moneylenders and save with informal collectors. They receive loans and grants from charities. They buy insurance from state-owned companies. They receive funds transfers through formal or informal remittance networks. It is not easy to distinguish microfinance from similar activities. It could be claimed that a government that orders state banks to open deposit accounts for poor consumers, or a moneylender that engages in usury, or a charity that runs a heifer pool are engaged in microfinance.

Know a day microfinance are they doing good job meance they give the loan to poor people and they are become a sustain their life it the main purpose of the microfinance and as well as the Grameena Banks
